The Real Estate Brand Harnessing Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Competitors talk about big data and AI being the future of real estate. At Coldwell Banker, the future is already here.

For the past 113 years, longer than any real estate company on the continent, the Coldwell Banker brand and its world-class agents have served as the trusted guide of real estate – finding individuals and families the homes of their dreams while consistently being the real estate force that has been looked up to for excellence, ingenuity and, of course, awesomeness.

Coldwell Banker has not only been an advocate for our customers, but for the entire real estate industry. We established the first code of ethics, the first website to showcase listings, the first international real estate app for iPhone and Android. And the list goes on and on.

Our role as guide continues today. While others are just starting to talk about buzzwords like big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics – we’ve actually done something about it.

Oh yeah and we’ve been doing it for over 4 years.

The CBx Technology Suite was AI when others thought it just referred to Allen Iverson. Machine Learning was still in grade school when we were reshaping how data and predictive analytics could help our agents profile where buyers for a particular listing would come from and even what homes were most likely to come on the market.

One agent who knows this is Jaime Ross with Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury in Memphis. Jaime started in real estate in July of 2017 and Coldwell Banker was her first brokerage. What she quickly realized was that most of the agents in her market were using the same tactics to win listings. Jaime came from a corporate background and was looking for an app that could be her new platform to develop her business. When she saw CBx – she knew this system could help guide the conversation with sellers to differentiate herself. So she started using CBx on every listing presentation.

In 6 months, Jaime went from being new to real estate to closing $1 million in sales. In 18 months, Jaime closed over $10 million. Not only is she helping train other agents on CBx, she also continues to showcase how it helps her to guide sellers to a more successful transaction. Jaime confidently talks to sellers about why they need to list with her. She says “I can tell you why I’ll be better. I have the best system to predict where the next buyer is coming from with CBx. Only my company and brand can offer you this.”

Love that. Jaime Ross is just one story out of thousands of examples in how CBx is reshaping the way Coldwell Banker agents can position themselves at the listing table and in making their marketing towards buyers more effective.

Every agent equipped with CBx has a unique story to tell sellers about how they can be the best of guides to getting the greatest value for their home and unlocking a smarter way to market it than any real estate competitor.

Let others get excited about the idea of AI and machine learning. Coldwell Banker agents are the ones who are actively harnessing its power to make a difference in their business.
